Texas Instructional Leadership is a program through which the Texas Education Agency provides training and support to campus and district leaders on their ability to build the capacity of educators that they manage. This is a video produced by the Education Service Center Region 13 in an effort to explain what TIL is and how it stands out. I independently completed the keying, motion graphics, editing and sound design of the video.
