Work Description
Material Internalization and Alignment (MIA) is a part of the Texas Instructional Leadership (TIL) program, which helps school district leaders increase their faculty’s capacities. This video is produced by Education Service Center Region 13 in an effort to explain what is MIA within the TIL. I independently completed the editing, sound design, motion graphics and keying of the video.
